Carol Rachac, MA, is the Associate Program Director for the Consortium and the Joint Degree Program. She has worked in academic administration at the University of Minnesota since 1988, spending 8 years in the Department of Sociology prior to joining the Consortium and the Joint Degree Program. She earned a BA in Political Science and an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota. Her duties include management and administration, coordination of admissions, student advising, development, and grants management.
