Ronald Lundquist is an associate of Fish & Richardson P.C., P.A. He joined the firm in 1994. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, opinions, due diligence and client counseling in a wide variety of technologies with foods and food chemistry, industrial lubricants, transgenic plants, protein structure, immunoassays, vaccines, plant patents, plant variety protection, and litigation of biotechnology patents and trade secrets.

Named inventor on eleven U.S. Patents for fertile transgenic corn plants and for plasmid cloning vectors, he is also author on eighteen scientific publications and has eight years experience as a Senior Scientist at Plant Science Research, Inc. (1984-1992). He was a form post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Plant Pathology, University of California, Davis (1981-1984) and co-author of written materials and lecture for PRG (Kayton) course on Biotechnology Patents, Licensing and FDA Practice (2000-2001).

Mr. Lundquist is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He was admitted to the bar in Minnesota.
